How to prepare Mint pomelo Salad?

Ingredients:

  • Fresh pomelo slices – 3 – 4 pieces
  • Olives – 1 spoon
  • Mint Leaves – 10-15 leaves
  • Salt & pepper – 1 teaspoon

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together into a bowl.
  2. Add Virgin Olive oil for taste.
